For cancellations made between 7 to 15 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee reflects the short notice and the potential difficulty in rebooking the room.

Non-Refundable Period:

"A 3-star hotel, located in a magnificent and unique place. The building is shaped like a ship, parked on the shore of Lake Como. The rooms are cozy and romantic, with a lake view. The beach is very large with breathtaking views. I adore it! I love this place. I can't wait to return."
